Dinner is calling - then there are two options: Holyharbour Café & Grill or at Mama Yummy - check HERE on our website to see what suits you best and reserve a table! Enjoy your meal!
Departure/Check-Out
The early bird catches the worm! That's why we check out by 11am.
Arrival/ Check-In
We guarantee occupancy of the flats from 4 pm.
Baby cots
Even the little ones can fully savour the beach vibe! On request, little guests can have their own baby cot in their room. We charge €5 per night for this. 🍼
Bathrobe and sauna towel
You can borrow them at reception for a deposit during your stay. 🧖🏼
Bar
You will find the Amore Bar at the promenade exit of the Beach Motel. You can find the opening hours here in the FAQs under "Opening hours".🍹

Accounting
How can you contact our accounting department? Simply send us an e-mail to fibu@heimathafenhotels.de and tell us the invoice number and your change request.
Iron
We don't have irons in the rooms. However, you are welcome to borrow one from reception if you want to make yourself look really smart 🤗.
Confirmation
Oh - you haven't received a confirmation from us yet? We'll be happy to send it to you later. Please tell us the date of your stay and the name in which the room is booked and send us an email to heiligenhafen@beachmotels.de
Allergy sufferers
All our duvets and pillows are suitable for allergy sufferers. ☑️
Extra bed
Each flat is equipped with a sofa bed, which can accommodate 1-2 people.
The extra bed costs €10 per person/night. 🙎🏼
Bicycle
You can hire bikes from "Emma am Meer". 🚴🏿♀️

Fitness
Yes, the fitness room is available to our hotel & flat guests free of charge and can be accessed simply using the room card.

We don't have a luggage room, but just ask us at reception if we can store your luggage temporarily.
Hair dryer aka blow dryer
Of course, all rooms & flats are equipped with a hairdryer.

You can pay with all common means of payment. We accept cash, EC card & various credit cards. 💳
Meeting room
Yes, we have 4 event rooms at the Beach Motel for weddings, conferences, workshops and events. We can accommodate up to 80 people here. We also have our private cinema. If you would like to book a room, simply fill in the form.
Parking
We have plenty of parking spaces, so you don't need to reserve one in advance. 🚙 By the way: we also have 20 electric charging points for your hybrid or electric car. #gogreen
Smoking
No please, because we are a non-smoking hotel. 🚭
Smoking is only permitted on the balconies (please be a little lenient with your neighbours) and outside areas!
Umbrella
We have umbrellas, if they are of any use on the coast. But you can borrow or buy them at reception. 🌂
Reception
Our reception is staffed 24/7. So we are always there for you. 🤗
Room Service
We do not offer room service. Still fancy a snack or drink? Why not stop by reception and help yourself to a snack from the vending machine next to reception. If you're in a suite, you can even use your minibar free of charge!
Taxi
Taxi comes immediately! Either let reception know briefly or call 04362/7872 (Küsten Taxi) yourself. 🚕
Wi-Fi/WLAN
Simply select our WLAN Beach Motel and start surfing. 🏄🏻♂️
MINI test drives
Fancy a little spin? Then let's go! Depending on availability, our guests can hire one of three mini models for a relaxed drive. Simply grab the key at reception and let the wind blow through your hair.
